Are returns accepted?
In case the product arrives in bad conditions, please contact us as soon as possible through our customer service phone number +34 679 19 62 72 or by email at info@cellercanroda.cat.
When will my order arrive?
Once payment has been made, you will receive your order within a maximum of 48 to 72 hours. The product will be delivered to the shipping address specified at the time of purchase. If you want to change the shipping address please contact us.
Can I pick up my order at the winery?
If you want to pick up your order at the winery, it will be available 24 hours after the purchase. Proof of payment must be provided in order to collect it. Our opening hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. Saturdays from 8.00 to 12.30. If these schedules don’t suit you, please contact us.
Where do you send it?
We deliver to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands.
What are the shipping costs?
5 EUR for purchases under 60 EUR. For purchases over 60 EUR, shipping is free.
How can I buy your products online?
Choose the product you like best, add it to your shopping cart, and choose the payment method you’re most comfortable with. Once the purchase is complete, you will receive a confirmation email and the order will arrive within 2-3 days.
Can I place my order by phone or WhatsApp?

What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay securely with any of the methods we offer. We accept bank transfer, card payment and Paypal.
Can I customize my order?
Yes, if you want to add another product to the lot, please contact us before ordering.
Can I add a message or dedication?
In the purchase process you will find a section where you can write your message and we will take care of attaching the note in the package.
Can you send me the invoice of my order?
No problem. Contact us and we will send you the invoice.
