Return Policy

You can contact us through our contact page. We will answer you as soon as possible.

Nothing contained in this return policy will affect your legal rights, to which is added the right of withdrawal.

You may return any product purchased to (the “Website”), with which you are not completely satisfied, within 15 (fifteen) calendar days of receipt. For reasons of hygiene, returns that are not in their original or open packaging will not be accepted, unless they are defective products.

If you decide to return any product, you will not be able to use it and will have to keep it with caution as long as it remains in your possession. The product (s) you return to us may not be damaged and must be in the same condition in which they were purchased.

In order to make a change in person at our store, you must bring your item to our physical store within 15 days of receipt, along with the invoice included in the shipping confirmation email as proof of the purchase made.

Please note that orders placed with a payment method other than credit or debit card, PayPal or direct debit cannot be exchanged at our store.

If you want to change an order placed with another payment method, please contact us.

To return a purchase by mail, follow the instructions below. Please note that we do not make postal returns with postage paid.

– Keep the products in their original packaging. The return address is: Celler Can Roda BV-5006, 08106 Barcelona
– Take the package (with the invoice form included in the payment confirmation email) to a post office or courier company and request proof of shipment. By making this shipment, you will be stamped with the receipt that you must keep until you receive the requested refund. Unfortunately, we will only be able to refund a lost refund if we receive proof of shipment.

It is your responsibility to keep all receipts and to send the package by certified mail or by any other means that allows you to prove your date of shipment.

You will receive a refund within 14 (FOURTEEN) calendar days following the date we receive the returned product (s) at the specified address (see previous section). Celler Can Roda will proceed to the refund in the form of payment that you have used when placing the order, and the refund will be subject to the right of Celler Can Roda to withhold amounts for returned products that are damaged. We will refund the amount paid for the returned product (s) less shipping costs (if any). That is, you will be reimbursed for the cost of the product (s) but not shipping costs.

If you decide to return an order placed with a discount voucher, the amount to be refunded will be subject to the minimum expense applicable to that discount voucher. In this sense, if the amount of the returned items makes the remaining amount of the order less than the minimum expense applicable to the discount voucher, the amount of the discount is deducted from the refund. For example, the 10 euro discount (applicable to a minimum cost of 60 euros – shipping costs not included) is deducted from the refund if the amount of the returned product (s) makes the total amount of the order is less than 60 euros.

Returning an order with free shipping (which has not been provided as a discount voucher) will not affect the amount of the return.

You have the right to withdraw from the contract at any time within 14 (FOURTEEN) calendar days, counting from the day you received the product (s), without indicating any reason. In this case, you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the product in accordance with our Returns Policy.

The cancellation period will expire 14 (FOURTEEN) calendar days after the date on which you or a third party (with your consent) has obtained physical possession of the product (s).

To exercise your right to withdraw from the contract, you can inform us electronically through our Contact website, by filling out the web form (choose the subject RETURNS – I wish to withdraw from my contract). If you opt for this option, we will immediately send you a receipt for your withdrawal in a durable medium (e.g., an email).

You can also notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by submitting a statement informing respect to BV-5006, 08106 Barcelona (for example, by letter sent by post or e-mail) within 14 (FOURTEEN) calendar days from the receipt of the order placed.

In order to comply with the terms of withdrawal from the contract, you only need to send us the communication informing us of the exercise by you of the right of withdrawal prior to the expiration of the indicated period.

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments you have made, excluding shipping costs, which will be borne by you.

We will make the refund without incurring undue delays, no later than:
– 14 (FOURTEEN) days from the date of receipt of the return of any product;
– 14 (FOURTEEN) days from the date on which you prove to have returned the product (s) (if it takes place on an earlier date); o
– If the product (s) has not been supplied, 14 (FOURTEEN) days from the date on which you inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract.

We will make the refund using the same form of payment used by you to carry out the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any case, you will not incur any expenses arising from such reimbursement.

We may withhold the refund until you have received the product (s) or until you have provided us with proof of the return of the product (s), whichever is earlier.

You must return the product (s) or deliver it to: BV-5006, 08106 Barcelona, ​​without incurring undue delays and, in any case, no later than 14 (FOURTEEN) days following the date on the one that has communicated to us the withdrawal on its part of the contract. The established period will be met if you send the products prior to the expiration of the aforementioned period of 14 (FOURTEEN) days.

You will be responsible for the direct return of the product (s).

You will have a legal obligation to take care of the product (s) in a reasonable manner while in your possession. If you breach this obligation, we will be entitled to claim compensation from you. You will only be responsible for any decrease in value of the product (s) resulting from a different handling than established to determine the nature, characteristics and operation of the product (s).

For reasons of hygiene, you will not be entitled to withdraw from a contract for the delivery of any of the products that do not present their original packaging or are open, unless they are defective products (in this case due to reasons of hygiene).

Or, in addition, those products that by their nature cannot return, may deteriorate or expire quickly, or are customized, unless they are defective.

If you do not agree with any of the purchases made and consider that the purchased product is in a defective condition due to a factory failure, you must contact us through our contact form (select the subject: PRODUCT RECEIVED – my item is defective). Provide as much information as possible about the product and the order placed.

If you are a customer and return a defective Product to us (you must return it by mail), we will examine it and inform you via email within a reasonable time about the refund we will make in your favor. We will process the return as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of having confirmed via email your right to be refunded. Products returned for being defective will be refunded in full, excluding shipping costs and the cost incurred by you to make the return.
