Where and how do I pay for my reservation?

Once you know the experience you’re interested in, go to the calendar and choose the day and time you want to come and be available.
By clicking on the “Book” button you can enter your personal data and make the payment using the following methods: Card, Bank Transfer or Paypal.
Once the payment has been made, you will receive an email confirmation with the details of your booking.
If you would like us to send you an invoice, please include your details on the pre-payment form.

How do I know if my reservation is confirmed?

Once the payment has been made, you will receive an email confirmation with the details of your booking.
For card and Paypal payments, the notification will be within minutes. In the case of a bank transfer, it can take 1 or 2 days (until we receive a notification from the bank).

How can I get my booking invoice?

If you would like us to send you an invoice, please include your details on the check out form.

Can I book for a group of more than 8 people?

Most experiences have a capacity of 20 people by default and you will have no problem booking.
However, there are some activities that are more limited, usually 8 people, but we can make exceptions.
Contact us at info@cellercanroda.cat informing us about the activity, the number of people, the day and the time and we will answer you briefly with a proposal.

What should I bring on the day of the experience?

On the day of the experience, all you have to do is show us your booking confirmation email before starting the activity, either in print or from your phone.

Can I change my reservation?

Yes. To modify your reservation please send an email to info@cellercanroda.cat at least 2 days in advance (48 hours), with the change you want to make. Please check the availability in the experience calendar on our website first.
We will check if it is possible or not to make the change you request and we will confirm the change by the same means.

Can I cancel my reservation?

Yes. To cancel a reservation please send an email to info@cellercanroda at least 48 hours in advance. We will confirm the cancellation by the same means.

Cancellations received less than 48 hours in advance, either by email or telephone, will not be refunded.

Will I be refunded if I cancel the reservation?

A refund of 100% of the amount is offered as long as it is canceled at least 48 hours in advance of the date and time of the booking.

Cancellations less than 48 hours in advance will not result in a refund.

How can I comment on the experience at Can Roda?

Once you’ve enjoyed the winery experience, you can write your opinion on our Google profile. This way we will know what you think and inspire many other people to come to Can Roda!
