Policy of changes and cancellations<\/h1><\/div><\/div><\/div>

MODIFYING A BOOKING<\/strong>
\nTo modify a booking, please send an email to info@cellercanroda.cat at least 2 days in advance (48 hours), with the change you want to make. Please check the availability in the experience calendar on our website first.<\/p>\n

CANCELLING A BOOKING<\/b>
\nTo cancel a booking please send an email to info@cellercanroda.cat at least 48 hours in advance. We will confirm the cancellation by the same means.<\/p>\n

Cancellations received less than 48 hours in advance, either by email or telephone, will not be refunded.<\/p>\n

REFUNDING<\/b>
\nA refund of 100% of the amount is offered through a gift card as long as it is canceled at least 48 hours in advance of the date and time of the booking. A gift card will be sent 5-6 days after the client notification via email.<\/p>\n

Important: Cancellations less than 48 hours in advance will not result in a refund.<\/p>\n

Exceptions: In the case of rain in the activities of Brunch or Breakfast in the vineyards.<\/p>\n

CANCELLING AN EVENT<\/b>
\nWe reserve the right to postpone or cancel an event if there are not enough people registered or if professionals are unable to attend due to health issues. Payments received for such reservations will be fully refunded.<\/p>\n
