T\u2019expliquem una manera excepcional de preparar el pollastre amb fruites d\u2019estiu i alhora fruits secs que pots trobar als boscos plens de pins que rodegen Can Roda.<\/p>\n<h3>D\u2019on prov\u00e9 aquesta recepta tan t\u00edpica de la nostra cuina?<\/h3>\n<p>Fa molts anys, el pollastre rostit amb prunes i pinyons era un plat que nom\u00e9s es podia degustar a grans festes o quan s\u2019acabaven les feines del camp. Tradicionalment l\u2019aviram era propi de clergues i gent rica o b\u00e9 d\u2019ocasions especials, com era la Festa Major del poble.<\/p>\n<p>Des de l\u2019edat mitjana fins a mitjans del segle XX els pagesos criaven gallines per els ous per\u00f2 no tothom criava pollastres i si es criaven era per vendre\u2019ls i es guardaven un per menjar lo per la Festa Major o Nadal. Era el dia que es reunien les fam\u00edlies i amics al voltant d\u2019una taula.<\/p>\n<p>Ara que tenim aquest ingredient principal tan a m\u00e0, no cal esperar. Pots cuinar-ho en el pr\u00f2xim dinar o sopar a casa i quedar com un senyor!<\/p>\n<h3>Prepara la deliciosa recepta del pollastre rostit a la catalana que agrada a tothom<\/h3>\n<p>Ingredients per a sis persones:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 pollastre de pag\u00e8s d\u2019uns dos quilos tallats a vuitens<\/li>\n<li>1 cabe\u00e7a d\u2019alls<\/li>\n<li>1 farcellet d\u2019herbes arom\u00e0tiques i clau<\/li>\n<li>2 cebes de Figueres<\/li>\n<li>2 tom\u00e0quets<\/li>\n<li>200 gr. de prunes<\/li>\n<li>100 gr. de pinyons<\/li>\n<li>1 got de cognac<\/li>\n<li>Oli, sal i pebre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Passos:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Netegem el pollastre i el salpebrem.<\/li>\n<li>En una cassola posem un bon raig d\u2019oli, incorporem el pollastre i l\u2019anem daurant poc a poc.<\/li>\n<li>Afegim tamb\u00e9 la cabe\u00e7a d\u2019alls sencera, el farcellet d\u2019herbes i el clau perqu\u00e8 es vagi aromatitzant.<\/li>\n<li>Un cop daurat, afegim el got de cognac i quan estigui redu\u00eft retirem el pollastre de la cassola.<\/li>\n<li>En aquesta mateixa cassola sofregim el tom\u00e0quet sencer i la ceba tallada en trossos grans. Quan estiguin sofregits els tr\u00e8iem de la cassola, els passem per la batedora perqu\u00e8 ens quedin ben triturats.<\/li>\n<li>Tornem a posar el pollastre a la cassola, afegim el tom\u00e0quet i la ceba triturada i deixem que vagi fent xup-xup una bona estona. Si es necessari hi podem afegir una mica d\u2019aigua.<\/li>\n<li>Passem les prunes i els pinyons per una paella amb una mica de mantega i els afegim al pollastre 10 minuts abans de que acabi la cocci\u00f3.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>Marida el rostit de pollastre amb vi negre crian\u00e7a i potencia tots els sabors del plat<\/h3>\n<p>Per aquest plat tradicional per\u00f2 a l\u2019hora tan exquisit necessitem un vi amb estructura, el vi negre crian\u00e7a del nostre celler ens aporta un pas per boca suau per\u00f2 intens, amb aromes lleugerament torrats que ens recorden les prunes i pinyons del nostre plat.<br \/>\nSi no encara no has provat aquest plat de pollastre rostit de pag\u00e8s cl\u00e0ssic de la cuina catalana, no esperis m\u00e9s.
