La \u00fanica professi\u00f3 especialitzada amb el tast era la de sommelier i m\u2019hi vaig tirar de cap. El m\u00f3n del vi, si tens bons mestres, atrapa. I jo em vaig quedar atrapada, per\u00f2 sempre amb una mirada m\u00e9s oberta que un sommelier \u201ctradicional\u201d.<br \/>\nSoc curiosa i amant del coneixement i el m\u00f3n del vi, m\u2019encanta perqu\u00e8 \u00e9s infinit i sempre diferent, requereix atenci\u00f3, sensibilitat i formaci\u00f3 continua.<\/p>\n<h4 class=\"fusion-responsive-typography-calculated\" style=\"line-height: 1.34;\" data-fontsize=\"22\" data-lineheight=\"29.48px\">Amb qu\u00e8 t\u2019inspires per crear les teves hist\u00f2ries sobre vins?<\/h4>\n<p>Em deixo portar per les sensacions i miro de crear lla\u00e7os amb el coneixement. La meva mirada de 360\u00ba em permet connectar conceptes, disciplines i crec que un aspecte fonamental \u00e9s tenir molt clar qui \u00e9s l\u2019interlocutor i\/o espectador. No podem explicar un vi de la mateixa manera per un sommelier, per un amant del vi o per un infant. I hem de ser capa\u00e7os de captivar i fer gaudir a tots i cadascun d\u2019ells. Perqu\u00e8 el vi \u00e9s un producte que forma part del nostre ADN, i cal que tothom es senti c\u00f2mode.<\/p>\n<h4 class=\"fusion-responsive-typography-calculated\" style=\"line-height: 1.34;\" data-fontsize=\"22\" data-lineheight=\"29.48px\">Quins s\u00f3n els teu vins preferits? I per qu\u00e8?<\/h4>\n<p>Necessitaria m\u00e9s preguntes per respondre correctament&#8230; per exemple per quin moment? Amb qui me l\u2019he de prendre? Qu\u00e8 menjar\u00e9? Estaci\u00f3 de l\u2019any? Amb quin recipient el podr\u00e9 servir? Etc. Etc.<br \/>\nSe m\u2019ha posat la pell de gallina amb vins antag\u00f2nics, soc molt ecl\u00e8ctica amb termes de sabors.<\/p>\n<h4 class=\"fusion-responsive-typography-calculated\" style=\"line-height: 1.34;\" data-fontsize=\"22\" data-lineheight=\"29.48px\">Qu\u00e8 destacaries dels vins del Celler Can Roda?<\/h4>\n<p>Son vins amb un car\u00e0cter i una personalitat f\u00e0cils de recon\u00e8ixer. Entre ella comparteixen frescor i vivacitat.<\/p>\n<h4 class=\"fusion-responsive-typography-calculated\" style=\"line-height: 1.34;\" data-fontsize=\"22\" data-lineheight=\"29.48px\">Quin \u00e9s el lloc m\u00e9s singular o espectacular on has portat a terme un dels teus tastos de vins comentats?<\/h4>\n<p>Uau, qu\u00e8 dif\u00edcil! En tinc varis clavats a la mem\u00f2ria, per\u00f2 potser un dels m\u00e9s incre\u00efbles va ser dins una esgl\u00e9sia rom\u00e0nica del segle XII, amb l\u2019espectacle de vi de violoncel.<\/p>\n<h4 class=\"fusion-responsive-typography-calculated\" style=\"line-height: 1.34;\" data-fontsize=\"22\" data-lineheight=\"29.48px\">Com \u00e9s que vas comen\u00e7ar a col\u00b7laborar amb La Gastron\u00f2mica? Qu\u00e8 t&#8217;uneix a aquest projecte?<\/h4>\n<p>En Jaume i jo som les \u00e0nimes de l\u2019empresa. L\u2019hem parida junts. \u00c9s una manera de viure.<\/p>\n<h4 class=\"fusion-responsive-typography-calculated\" style=\"line-height: 1.34;\" data-fontsize=\"22\" data-lineheight=\"29.48px\">Qu\u00e8 \u00e9s el que m\u00e9s t&#8217;agrada de col\u00b7laborar amb el d\u00fao Aquell Parell?<\/h4>\n<p>S\u00f3n uns m\u00fasics excel\u00b7lents, amb molta empenta, sensibilitat i ganes de fer les coses ben fetes. I en tots els espectacles que fem es fa m\u00e0gia a l\u2019escenari.<\/p>\n<h4 class=\"fusion-responsive-typography-calculated\" style=\"line-height: 1.34;\" data-fontsize=\"22\" data-lineheight=\"29.48px\">Col\u00b7labores amb molts cellers de Catalunya, qu\u00e8 et crida l&#8217;atenci\u00f3 dels vins de la nostra terra?<\/h4>\n<p>L\u2019aspecte potser m\u00e9s important \u00e9s que tenim un gruix de vins amb una relaci\u00f3 qualitat-preu imbatible, comparant amb molts altres pa\u00efsos del m\u00f3n. I lligat a aix\u00f2, per\u00f2 no tant positiu&#8230; que fins ara hem estat incapa\u00e7os de posar-los al pedestal que es mereixen.<\/p>\n<h4 class=\"fusion-responsive-typography-calculated\" style=\"line-height: 1.34;\" data-fontsize=\"22\" data-lineheight=\"29.48px\">Per acabar, imaginem que amb la teva empenta tens nous projectes en ment. Ens podries avan\u00e7ar quins o de quin tipus?<\/h4>\n<p>S\u00ed, no em s\u00e9 estar parada&#8230; des de fa uns mesos estic treballant amb un llibre de gastronomia catalana que travessar\u00e0 fronteres&#8230; L\u2019estem escrivint simult\u00e0niament des de Detroit (Estats Units d&#8217;Am\u00e8rica) i Catalunya.<\/p>\n<p>Com veieu, la Clara comparteix el seu coneixem no nom\u00e9s en els esdeveniments que organitza en els diferents cellers sin\u00f3 col\u00b7laborant en llibres i revistes. Sabieu que es la coautora de la Guia d\u2019Enoturisme de la DO Alella?
